I hired Syd through care.com for the weekend and I was very comfortable with her watching my 5month old infant. She was very attentive and patient with her even during her fussy moments. She made this new process with hiring and trusting random caregivers very easy for me. If I had the opportunity in the future to hire her again I definitely would.
