After a week of waiting for her based on her availability, Svitlana was supposed to show at my home at 8am for her first appointment to come weekly. She confirmed with me yesterday that she would be here. She was a no show, messaging me at 8am telling me she should could not make it until later, telling me that she is too tired and that she works too much. No show for first appointment with excuse that she is too tired. And, I have a 9am appointment, I don't have time to sit around waiting for my housekeeper to be late, especially on the first day! Not a good start.

Svitlana is very detailed and thorough in her cleaning.  I am extremely picky when it comes to attention to detail and Svitlana never complains and makes sure the house is kept the way I require it.
