About Svetoslava

We had the absolute privilege of having Svetoslava with our family for four years, and I truly cannot recommend her highly enough. She cared for our daughter from just 3 months old through age 4, and the love, attention, and dedication she brought to that role were extraordinary. What always stood out most to me was how deeply genuine her care is. She doesn’t just “watch” children, she truly loves them, understands them, and meets them where they are. She has a natural maternal instinct, a calm presence, and a real understanding of different ages, stages, temperaments, and situations. I always felt that she cared for our child as if she were her own. She also has exceptional judgment, which is something I value enormously in a nanny. Whether it was handling everyday decisions, navigating tricky moments, or responding in the moment when something unexpected came up, I trusted her completely. She is thoughtful, wise, steady, and incredibly reliable - the kind of person who brings both warmth and common sense. Over the years, she did an amazing job creating age-appropriate activities and helping our daughter learn and grow at every stage. Our daughter absolutely thrived with her and was consistently ahead in so many ways, thanks in large part to that one-on-one care and attention. She became a real part of our family, and it was honestly heartbreaking for us to part ways only because of our relocation. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her. I can say with complete confidence that she will care for your children with love, responsibility, and genuine devotion.
