I provide calm, compassionate, person-centered care for older adults, with a special interest in supporting people living with dementia. My background includes hospital chaplaincy and professional dementia care in both residential and private home settings. Families describe me as warm, reliable, attentive, and deeply present. I believe quality care begins with listening and meeting each person where they are. I enjoy creating a calm environment, supporting daily routines, encouraging meaningful engagement, and helping people feel safe, respected, and connected. I am a longtime mindfulness practitioner, CPR certified, Food Handler certified, and committed to continuing my professional training in massage therapy and Somatic Experiencing. It is a privilege to support older adults and their families with dignity, kindness, and genuine care. In 2026, I was honored with the Roos-Kates Compassionate Caregiver Award in recognition of person-centered dementia care.
