About Sven Linus

I recently graduated from Cal Poly SLO and am offering tutoring services to middle school, high school, and college students in the Bay Area. I grew up in Sausalito and attended Tam High. I love learning math and science, but I love teaching it even more! Most students require more stimulation and attention than they receive at school in order to realize their full potential. Learning, by nature of our biology, is fun and extremely rewarding once you unlock your curiosity and passion. For example, I learned trigonometry outside of school because I loved the movie Top Gun and wanted to simulate an F-14 jet plane.
