Suzy took care of my dad on and off for years.. I can say he had a better and joyful life as she was very attentive and helpful with him. She taught me how to care for my dad when time got really rough in the end.. she was always on time and efficient with her care. I would recommend her if you need someone who truly cares and goes the extra mile…

Suzy applied for my job posting to care for my mother and when I contacted her for an interview, told me she was too busy.  I was seeking a companion and the hours were open ended - just wanted someone to visit with her.  When searching for a caregiver for your loved one, the last thing you need is to feel like the person is flakey .

I hired Suzy last minute (day and a half prior) for a 4hr shift. I gave her a run down of care my grandfather needed (which was minimal) and she agreed to work the 4hrs. I received a text from her 30 minutes before she was supposed to be here stating that she was in an accident and needed to take her car to the shop. Coincidentally my husband was heading out to work and to drop our kids off at school. He asked me what time the caregiver was coming because he saw a woman sitting in her car behind our shed. I didn’t believe it to be her because she was supposed to arrive at 9am and it was only 8:30am. My husband gets the kids in the car to leave and a few minutes later I received a text from Suzy about her car. When I spoke to my husband on the phone, he asked me what she looked like and I showed him her profile picture. He confirmed it was her sitting in her car behind our shed. 
FYI - as a nurse and a former aide, if you feel you need to show up 30 minutes early to your shift to scope out the surroundings of your location or the people who hired you then You probably shouldn’t have offered to take the shift. 

Suzy is very capable and does an excellent job. Very trustworthy, dependable, and always shows up early. She has worked for us for over 6 months and has always been available. I give her my highest recommendation. 

Suzy was great caring for our friend In need and helped everything professionally. She was especially supportive at the end - thank you Suzy 

Suzy accepted the position and called off her first shift an hour before she was supposed to be there- With no explanation. She agreed to come to her next shift. Until she called off that one too. Suzy was not dependable or honest in her position with us. I would not recommend her. Her communication is bad, and she has no issue with leaving someone high and dry for the care they needed.

My grandmother was very comfortable with Suzy.
