My name is Suzin and I am passionate about helping seniors who need help with activities of daily living. I was born and raised in Sudbury, and I am looking after my autistic daughter, but am also looking for part time work in the mornings. I gained personal experience with senior care after looking after my 110-year-old grandma when she came to live in our household. I was responsible for all duties, including feeding, dressing, bathing, and even checked on her during the nighttime when she woke. After she passed, I transitioned to taking care of my aunt (who had dementia) full time, who then moved in with me as well. Later, I became the health care proxy for her and her husband. Although challenging, these experiences taught me that I have a passion for helping seniors in need, and I want to continue serving the community in this way.
