I have worked in the healthcare field for over 30 years. 23 years with agencies who care for people with developmental disabilities, 3 years as a nurses assistant at Mercy Hospital, 3 years in nursing homes, and over 14 years as a private hospice home care aide. I graduated from NCCC as a Surgical Technologist and I work at a surgery center in the area. I love my job, but I truly miss the hands on care and patient interaction. I will do light housekeeping, laundry, and prepare meals. I will bathe, wash hair, shave, cut and clean fingernails and toenails. I passed medication for 24 years while working in the group homes and am very capable and comfortable administering meds. I have some experience with wound care and I am CPR certified. I am mature, reliable, and extremely empathetic. I would love nothing more than to have the opportunity to care for and pamper your loved one.

Suzette was only needed by us for a short time due to my 99 year old father's improved condition. She is flexible with availability, which was very important to us. My father is mostly independent and just needed a set of eyes on him overnight to prevent falls. Not a lot of applicants were able to accommodate us for an overnight schedule; but she was. She was always prompt, friendly and dependable. We would definitely rehire her if the need arises.
