About Suzanne

My name is Suzanne, but you can call me Suzie! I work full-time as a Clinical Case Manager and have a strong background in child safety, mental health, crisis support, and working with vulnerable populations. I spent 4 years as a Level II Child Protective Specialist with ACS in NYC, supporting child safety and family well-being. I also have experience in juvenile detention, residential programs, special needs support, and crisis prevention. I am trained in CPR, Mental Health First Aid, and crisis intervention, so safety is always my top priority. I am currently earning my second master's degree in Social Work with the goal of becoming a licensed therapist. Working with children and families is truly my passion. The little girl in my profile photo is my niece, who loves her Aunt Suzie! Since my nieces and nephews live upstate, babysitting lets me do what I love while helping parents enjoy worry-free date nights. I am reliable, patient, caring, and would love to connect!
