Sue worked for our family for over three years. She became more than an employee. Dependability is the most important element of a caregiver and she was that and more. She was always on time and My condition was constantly changing and that meant so did the routine. She was always able to adapt and stayed extremely calm during emergency situations. Sue was hands on and still understood the family dynamics and the challenges that are always present. Sue handled doctors appointments and ordering supplies. She was even in the delivery room when our daughter was born!
