Rate is negotiable for recurring/long-term jobs. About me: After working as a software engineer, I decided to stay home with my first child (of four). I was primary caregiver and then teacher as we homeschooled (for non-religious reasons) from pre-k through 8th grade. I also did regular paid childcare in my home for infants through preschoolers. Most recently, I worked for 10 years as a teacher and administrator at a secular, progressive hybrid school serving students in grades 6-12. Suzanne did child care for both of my children from infant to preschool. Suzanne is kind, compassionate, caring, thoughtful, attentive, and engaging. I am so lucky and grateful. I remember holding my child (6 months old-ish?) when they leaned towards Suzanne to have her hold them. Suzanne was the first person my kid CHOSE to have hold them. My child clearly felt safe and loved, and, in my opinion, that is the best review possible. M
