Overall, our experience with her was a mixed bag. While her quality of care was adequate her initial interview was postponed due to personal reasons that went gradually downhill from there. For our assurance, we stayed in contact with her consistently in the beginning to confirm the schedule. During the next three months, we noticed her health was also deteriorating and she started losing track of her personal property while at the house. One day, she texted that she was in the hospital. So, we told her that we would find alternate care and not to stress about it. So, we found emergency care and posted on care for a backup sitter. A week later, she just showed up without a call or text while our emergency care was in place. Unfortunately, we asked her to come back the following day. The following morning, she saw our ad on care and texted that she quit.
