Suzanne has watched our kids several times now. She's punctual, communicates clearly and our kids love it when she come over. She follows our routines for bedtime, snacks, etc without needing reminders. She is attentive and interactive with the kids. They ask when she's coming back! She also has the house tidy whenever we return home. We are so glad we found someone we can trust with our littles and will continue to use her in the future.
