I hired Suzanne to help me with a Sunday afternoon party which I have 30 people coming. She had several weeks to cancel on me but I got a Care.com message the day of the party that she had broken her foot the day before. Fair enough if that was true why do you have to wait until the day of the party to cancel when you knew the day before you couldn't make it. I also asked Suzanne to send me a picture of her broken foot so I could confirm her foot was broken (and then I wouldn't have written this review) but she never sent it.
