About Suzanne

Suzanne was both the first person I interviewed, and the last person I interviewed, because I hired her on the spot. We both went to my elderly mother's residence for what I would call a "Meet & Greet". After making the introductions, Suzanne led the conversation by asking my mother getting-to-know-you questions, but I perceived she was assessing my mother's needs at the same time. Since my wife and I both have full time jobs, Suzanne's visits have reduced the physical workload on us while at the same time reduced our worry by knowing Suzanne's check-ins with my mother equal the same level of care my wife or I would provide. As my mother's needs increase, I hope Suzanne has additional hours available to help care for her.
