Suzanne was really flexible & great with our parenting style for our 3-month-old. Despite being nervous about having a nanny for such a young age, it was really helpful. At our request, she helped us use cloth diapers, potty-ing (using elimination communication), and keeping a schedule with plenty of outdoor time, tummy time, reading and teething toys, all age-appropriate activities. She was a great help with laundry and other general house chores while the little one was asleep and worked around us working from home. We had planned for an extended family stay to help with the little one, but would hire Suzanne again if things were to change.
