Suzanne is not reliable by any stretch of the imagination. She has now broken her commitment to my wife at least four times. She waits until the very last minute to say she is not coming, or she just doesn't show up. I would strongly encourage others considering her to look some where else. Her inability to keep her commitments compounds an already stressful and painful situation in families lives.
