About Suzann

I'd describe my personality as high energy, upbeat, and engaging. I like working with kids because of how interesting, unique, and fun each child is. It's meaningful work which should not be left to devices or the screen. I'm looking for a job that involves several children, even infants, and provides reliable hours. I started working with kids when I was 13 as a babysitter and then again starting with birth of my first child at age 26, continuing to present. Also, I taught English as a second language to children for about 2 years. I have also taught as a substitute teacher for six years. In my spare time, I like to read, garden, cook, and spend time with my children. One thing you should know about me is that I have raised nine biological children, ages 12-30, and left a successful legal career to do. It has been my joy. My skills include nurturing each child with lots of attention, my ability to manage many children at same time, and organization of chores and schedules.
