About Suzan

Unlocking the unique potential within every individual is most imperative to me in every coaching or training I have done. Being in the position of managing people and having to train/coach staff to bring out the best in them, I always focus on building critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I adapt my methods of coaching by actively listening to the needs and observing how staff/trainees engage with new materials or systems. To keep sessions dynamic, I connect challenging concepts to one's personal interests and the interest of an employer or in this case an academic institution. A lot has to do with how we communicate. This therefore means open communication is essential to building the trust necessary for growth or to cause any positive impact.
