"Tor Tor" as my twins lovingly call her is truly the best thing that ever happened to my family. She has been with us since the twins were 5 months and the girls are now 3. During the early days I really relied on Tor as a co-parent: she was experienced, thoughtful, and kind and helped me as a first time parent figure out feeding and nap schedules and manage the chaos that is twin infants. Now that the girls are older, she keeps them engaged and entertained and somehow manages to get them to drink their milk (which is really not an easy task at age 3). She's so dedicated and loving with the girls and has the exact right calming energy that we wanted. She has never in three years been late and even on snow days where I thought there was no way she would be able to come over, has managed to show up. She keeps the house clean and organized (in particular she puts away the twins' clothes in a way that would definitely go viral if filmed). Most importantly though, I truly trust Tor to make the right decision with my kids every. single. time. and that is not true for even the grandparents. Tor is REALLY special. She's incredible with all kids ESPECIALLY twins.
