I was so incredibly lucky to find Susie to care for my daughter when she was 4 months old - she cared for her full-time for 3 years, then part-time as my daughter began preschool and our needs changed. She’s truly like family to us. From Day 1, she was warm, loving, and trustworthy, and I knew my daughter was in good hands with her. She has a ton of nannying experience and was so helpful when it came to feeding, pottying, and nap routines, while also carrying out my various wishes and requests in those areas. She would regularly show up with various arts and crafts projects that my daughter always loved (and I appreciated that she got to do the messy paint activities with her and not me, lol) I was most struck that Susie would regularly, at the end of a 10-hour day with a baby, say “I can’t believe how fast the day went!” She absolutely loves taking care of little ones and is amazing at what she does. Any family would be lucky to have her!
