She approached each day with positivity and truly cared about our daughter’s development and well-being. As first-time parents, we especially appreciated her support, guidance, and the kindness she showed our entire family. Susie is the main reason our daughter hit some very important milestones. She really taught us a lot. Our decision to transition away from a full-time nanny was based solely on a change in our family’s needs and structure, not on Susie’s performance in any way.
