Susana worked for us caring for my 96-year-old mother-in-law with dementia for five and a half months. During that time she was very dependable, kind, patient, and professional. She paid careful attention to sanitizing my mother-in-law's living space and monitoring her vitals daily.  Susana always let me know if she noted changes in my MIL's status or behavior so we could report what was necessary to her medical providers.  She willingly did light housekeeping chores as requested. She kept in mind our need for self-care as well as thinking of ways to please and engage my mother-in-law. She took her for drives in her car and we never felt any reservation about having her do this.  I would highly recommend Susana as a caregiver and would have her in our home in a heartbeat if needed again .

Susan is very friendly and a joy to have.  She has been caring for my dad, for over 3 months.  Susan is patient, kind and truly cares about her families.  We had a special need when my mother was hospitalized and she took care of finding help to fill in for additional care. I worked with Susana at a long term care facility and rehab.  Susana is kind and compassionate.  She is on time and hardworking.  She was caring to our staff and residents that she cared for. I love Susan! She has worked with my mom about a year and a half. She is completely reliable and really cares about my mom. She takes my mom out shopping (my mom's favorite thing) and to appointments. She keeps things organized and manages her medications.
