About Susan
Experience: 10 yrs
Mother of 4 children ages 21-31years old. I have 3 grand babies 5years and under. Have experience with children with special needs and was an early childhood specialist for 0-3-year-olds for 10 years for children with developmental delays. 2 of my children are diagnosed with ADHD. I volunteered for my church's special needs children's ministry each Sunday. I also took care of my niece and nephew which are in elementary school now. I worked with infants at the School. For the past year, For the past 5 years I have worked with several children and a few families. I also help them with homeschooling. I love pets and I have my own transportation. I work Monday - Thursday currently , but can work some Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I have a BS degree in psychology.

Susan, who goes by "Michelle" took care of my 2 kids under 3 for a year. We hired her from Care. Com and she not only became an employee but our family's rock. She is so flexible, willing to come over at anytime for anything else we needed. My kids would ask for her non stop, they loved her like family. Michelle is trustworthy and just the kindest person. We have nanny cameras and not once did I ever see Michelle raise her voice. She also did many other things for us and went above and beyond for us. I am so grateful that God had guided her to us at the time we needed her most. She is an amazing Christian woman and lucky to the next family who gets to have her.
