Supporting the independence and well-being of seniors is my true calling. With many years experience working with seniors, I provide compassionate care rooted in patience and empathy, conversation and enjoyment of life. I have had a career as a Life Enrichment Director, working in assisted livings and nursing homes and private families. I hold a college degree and maintain current CPR Training. Whether I am engaging your loved one in cognitive stimulation, reminiscing and generally having fun, I'm happy to help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, or running errands. My goal is to make a positive impact on your loved one's daily life. I prioritize understanding personal history and preferences to build meaningful connections. I am skilled at redirecting attention during moments of confusion and de-escalating stressful situations with a calm approach. I keep families informed through their preferred method of communication, whether by text or phone call. In summary, I am a
