Taking care of older people is a privilege and an honor. I look out for their best interest and I am an advocate for their health and well-being. I have an certificate degree in Gerontology. Susan has been a tremendous help to our family.  She cares deeply about the patient's welfare and is incredibly cautious to ensure they are safe.  I live out of state, but feel like Susan is a family member when she calls.  She provides clear updates and asks great questions.   I (and my father) are so incredibly lucky to have had Susan as a part of our lives!

Susan was the best decision I made for care for my husband.  She not only helped him, she helped me.  I was his care giver for 3 years.  I hired  Susan the beginning of 2021 which was his worse year. She took control of everything she could, including taking him to Dr.s appointments, bathing, him, making him do his exercises, cleaning up after him, his laundry, managing his medicine box, giving him small chores and so many other things.  She was firm but at the same time gentle, My husband was not easy to deal with.  She helped me find a rehab for him and when he ended up in the hospital she would visit him when I couldn't.  Susan was with me when he ended up in Hospice, and passed away within hours of going there.  I would highly recommend Susan as your loved one's caregiver, you won't get any better.

I felt very comfortable leaving my mother in Susan's care. She has great communication skills and is very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use her services again!

Susan is a care giver with great knowledge, confidence and compassion.  Her ability to deal with a patient's medications, physical needs, and mental challenges is extremely valuable.  When Susan stayed with my husband, I could leave and not worry about him the whole time I was gone.  It is so comforting having a reliable professional such as Susan.  Susan has a way of paying attention to details and addressing them whether they are good or not so great.  She helped my husband and I celebrate our anniversary. On the same day she had a tough conservation with my husband about not using his walker. She is a treasure to have in your home.

Susan was great! She was very reliable and great with our elderly mother, June, who looked forward to the days Susan would be coming. She had special things she would save to have Susan do with her because Susan "did them right," just the way June wanted them done :) It was wonderful!  We were very fortunate to have found Susan and I highly recommend her. She is caring and compassionate and was a big help to both June and the family.

Susan goes above and beyond to keep her clients happy and comfortable. She's knowledgeable about the medical field and is a good reference to help families navigate that world for their loved ones.

Susan has been a godsend in the care of our 86 year old mother.  She arrives each day with endless energy and is always ready to help in any capacity.
My mother has moments of confusion and dementia which Susan handles with patience and creativity.
She keeps her active with chair exercises, games, music and fun conversation.
She covers all manner of aid while here from bathroom to bedroom. Kitchen to garage.  She gives aid wherever she sees it is needed.
Susan even goes out of her way while on her own time.  If she sees something my Mother has needed while out on her own time, she will pick it up; thus saving me valuable time.
She is extremely organized, well versed and always on top of medication.  She leaves notes to ward off future problems and advises me as issues arise.
Her experience and energy has carried my Mother through difficult days...as well as myself.
We are lucky to have her, as would be anyone else.

Susan's insight and medical knowledge has been extremely beneficial. She is very organized with excellent communication and follow-up.  I would hire her again.

Susan is compassionate by nature and always positive about things. Even during times of agitation and aggression that she was subjected to by my mother, she remained calm and in a state of "constant care giving." As someone who has a great devotion to logic and an eye for detail, she has the capacity to remain calm and think logically, even during severely distressing times.

Susan helped my mother shower and then would do her hair, despite not being a trained hairdresser, she did a great job setting her hair. She would also paint her nails or take her to have a manicure and or pedicure. During the time Susan spent working with my mother, she provided her with activities that helped my mother to keep her brain active. They would do adult coloring books, puzzles, walking, exercising and playing cards. She would also help my mother select outfits for the coming week.

This review is to address the departure of Susan T. at the end of July 2019.Susan was hired on August 1st 2018 and has been a great asset to the care and treatment off my wife.
  Susan is always on time for her appointments. She is a consummate professional and handles my wife with the utmost dignity, courtesy and compassion.
  Sometimes issues have got testy,but, Susan, has always managed to act in a cool, calm, collective manner to achieve the ultimate goal.
  I could go on and on about her ability to control any situation that might arise. Her 20+ years experience as a health and care provider speaks for itself. We both both will miss her very much.
  If anyone is in need of a professional care-giver, you could not hire a more compassionate, honest, friendly person. Susan will do a terrific job for you.

Susan did an outstanding job assisting my 78 year old mother. She lives alone and needed assistance after having her hip replaced. Susan responded to my request the same day and was able to start the very next day, which made it possible for me to return to work. She not only assisted with dressing tasks, but helped her with her physical therapy and medications. She assisted me in dealing with her doctors and medical supply companies to get my mother everything she needed to get better. She has also been available to chat with me about other issues that have surfaced and has been very willing to swing by and check on mom when other family members cannot. I would highly recommend Susan to anyone needing assistance with an elderly adult. She is patient, caring and very knowledgeable.

Susan took care of our mother for close to two years. She provided quality care and went far beyond. Along with providing companionship, she organized our mother's life in so many ways- setting up medical appointments, driving Mom to her appointments, speaking w/ medical personnel, & organizing her many changing prescriptions. She organized our mother's paperwork and her home, making life easier for Mom. Susan repeatedly arranged her schedule so she could meet our mother's needs, even seeing Mom regularly while she was in a nursing facility before moving in with Mom when she was unable to reside alone. We did not have to worry about our mother; she was in professional, reliable hands. Susan is a dedicated, hardworking, and extremely organized caregiver.

I had Susan as a caregiver for my wife who suffered from early Alzheimer's disease. Susan was with us for over two years. She is highly skilled and more experienced than my past caregivers; always had great enthusiasm and was punctual and supportive. 
Susan builds a strong rapport with her clients. She is even willing to do light housekeeping, organizing or laundry, & also made sure my wife's medications were on time. Did I mention she is a fabulous cook? When the wonderful aroma was in the air all afternoon-that was when my wife had the best appetite; that worked very well for quite some time.
Susan gave helpful tips and suggestions after being around my home and came up with a plan that met our needs and kept my wife safe. She even helped with getting equipment through my insurance coverage. Susan  guided me when it was time to call in hospice and I was very grateful to then have a whole team of caregivers to assist my wife and they also helped me. I would recommend Susan to anyone.

Susan was wonderful caregiver! She was most helpful in many aspects of my care since I am completely disabled. From making me a simple meal to providing personal care, Susan was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Susan for any and all care-giving positions.

Susan is an awesome person to work with. She is reliable, has a sunshine personality, and she really does care about those she helps.   I know because she has worked for me with my aged and disabled mom. Her tenderness and care is genuine.  She listened and went over and beyond to make sure that my mom was comfortable and received the care that she needed.  I called on Susan in a desperate time of need -- in an emergency situation when  I didn't have coverage for my mom.  She answered and was there for me, my mom, my family!  Thank you Susan! 

Susan is an honest, hard working individual and her years of experience is invaluable. Her knowledge of home health care is priceless! And her work ethic - exceptional! I trust her as she has proven herself to myself and my family. She comes highly recommended from me! 

Susan assisted my mother for a four-month period from September 1 through the end of December at which time my mother relocated from New York to Tennessee. Susan's service to our family was exemplary. Her professionalism, dedication and commitment were outstanding. I would recommend Susan without reservation for any position where her nursing skills and her uniquely caring personality could be utilized.

Susan has been a friend for over 20 years, and after she obtained her nursing credentials, she was a part-time employee in my endocrine practice.

Susan has always worked in the Healthcare industry and as the daughter of a Nurse and Physician, it didn't surprise me when she decided to become a Nurse too. Susan enjoys helping patients. Whether a chronically ill patient or someone in need of rehab to become independent again, she adapts her care giving to the specific need of the patient and other family caregivers. Her strengths include keeping to task and continuity of care as part of the healthcare team. Her biggest weakness? Can't think of one.
