It pains me to write this review because I had high hopes for Mrs Sue. We had discussed a $25/h rate, with a schedule that'd be mostly 2-8pm every weekday, but she required a min. of 40h/week, which I agreed could be done with late nights, weekends, and cleaning/laundry. We agreed on a 3/6 start. She even came a week before in the am to see the routine and asked to be paid for 1h, which I did. On 3/5 she indicated not feeling well. I wished her a quick recovery and explained the situation to the kids who were looking forward to have her as a nanny. Later that week she said she would start next week per her doctor. That was fine, despite the fact that I had to pay for my mom's ticket to help me while Mrs Sue was out. Then she asked if I could outbid another family who would pay her $30/h. I was really hurt to see that she wanted to renegotiate an agreement right before starting (I had stopped looking). Clearly not dependable. My kids still ask me why she didn't work with us.
