I started working as a nanny in August 2018 after teaching at Living Well Childcare beginning the summer of 2017. In these roles, I've cared for children from 6 months old up to 10 years. Being a nanny is one of the best jobs I've ever had--it is so rewarding getting to love, teach, and enjoy kids and all the adorable, unpredictable things they say and do!

We were incredibly lucky to have Susan as our nanny. She cared for our 6-year-old every weekday after school and was a wonderful presence in our daily routine. Susan walked our child home 2–3 times a week and struck a perfect balance between helping with homework, encouraging outdoor play with friends, reading together, and just having fun. She also occasionally cared for our 5-year-old. Sometimes both kids together, and sometimes just one at a time, and she handled the shifting dynamics with ease. Her kind, laid-back demeanor made her a joy to work with, and she was always flexible when our schedule changed (which we greatly appreciated!). Our 6-year-old is spirited and strong-willed, and Susan made a connection with them in a way that worked very well! She was calm, dependable, and a positive part of our kids’ day. We would absolutely recommend Susan to any family looking for a thoughtful and reliable caregiver!
