About Susan

I'd describe my personality as encouraging, creative, patient, faithful and positive. I like caring for seniors because when I cared for my mother as sole caregiver for 10 years during which time I had to figure out her daily conditions because she didn't want to be a burden, I felt more purposeful than ever before. Her life expectancy was 3-4 years and she lived 10 years with supportive care and 6 excellent doctors and specialists. I am caring, empathetic and supportive and enjoy the stories seniors like to tell. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my dog, friends and I like to be creative and trying new crafty ideas. One thing you should know about me is I will always give my full attention and respect towards your loved one. I have a small dog that accompanied me to my last caregiving job where she loved on my gal who was bedridden and played with her and provided much joy. I hope to be able to have her with me again, she is a fantastic caregiver too!
