About Susan

I bring years of experience as a nurse in both the acute and home care setting. I'd describe my personality as loving, caring and kind. I like caring for seniors because I took care of my own Mother after she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's so she could stay in her own home and found that rewarding. I'm looking for a job that will allow me to use my knowledge and experience to help the client as well as give respite to the family members that also provide care. I started caring for seniors when I relocated to Florida and started working in the adult home care setting. In my spare time, I love to read books, do diamond art and spend time with my beautiful granddaughters. One thing you should know about me is I am an open book and will always be transparent when it comes to care. I believe that communication is an asset when caring for an individual and working with the family. My skills include compassion, patience and understanding.
