As I'm in the youth development field I had very high expectations for a caregiver for my son. Susan didn't disappoint, she exceeded my expectations. She was incredible with my son! She always had backup activities in case he became bored . When helping with homework if he became frustrated she would encourage him and then redirect him so he would regain his confidence. My son always requested Susan whenever I needed a caregiver.
