Susan is truly amazing and a bubble of energy. Very patient and calm. Very loving and caring. My boys love her and always ask when they can go back. She is outgoing and truly passionate about kids, she loves them as her own. something fun for the boys to do is always on her agenda.She is someone i know will be there on time and dependable and if there's a chance she knows she wont make it she lets you know quite early in advance so you have time make other arrangements. You know you have found a reliable trustworthy person if your kids ask to go back or do not even miss you when you are gone. They are always so excited to go there.
