I have been an RN since 1995 and most of my positions have involved interaction with the elderly population. I have always had a special passion for the elderly. Even as a kid, I would sit with my grandma on the porch and just talk for hours. I don't want to work a 8 or 12 hour shift, so that I can be there for my kids after school.
