I would love to babysit in your home! I am a mom of two wonderful children that are on their own and successful. Promoted language development skills through reading and storytelling with the aide of an iPad. They don't realize they are learning from everything we do by using this tool. I have worked with parents to develop and implement discipline programs to promote positive behavior. I organized activities that enhanced children' s physical, emotional, and social well being. Also, I make healthy snacks and meals for children, and for parents. In my nannying positions, I have established and maintained a safe play environment for the children with frequent access to outdoors. Usually at the end of the day, I communicate with parents about daily activities and behaviors. I am very encouraging to be understanding of and patient with others. Helping with household chores makes everyone happy. I spark imaginations by helping children discover new things each day.

Susan is very kind and patient with our little one, and we highly recommend her! She cared for our little one for a few days and she always arrived on time! She kept our little one engaged--she took him for a walk, sang songs with him, read him books, play toys together... We liked her positive energy!

Susan watches our two babies (2 under 2) from time to time!  There is something to say about having someone you completely trust and can not worry when they are in her care! She's one of the only sitters that I have found and used that I feel 100% comfortable with!  She's extremely reliable, punctual, and helpful!!!!! We are so thankful to have found her!

Susie babysat our 18 month old son while we were on vacation in Tucson. She was wonderful. J. took to Susie right away and she was very punctual and easy to communicate with, which we appreciated as being first time users of Care.com. Susie even brought her own toys and gear (including an umbrella stroller and colorful cones). She fed J, bathed, and even put him to bed seamlessly while we spent the day enjoying the resort. Susan was very patient and kind with our little 3 month old. He is fussy when he is not around his parents but it didn't seem to phase her at all, she just kept holding, playing and loving on him. She also did a lot around the house which is fantastic. I can actually relax this weekend instead of doing laundry and a million dishes.

We hired Susie for taking care of our first child, 5-month, from this January. We feel so lucky to have her. She is super nice and professional, my daughter loves her! Susie tells stories and sing songs to my daughter, and also take her to walk outside sometimes when the weather is good. Susie is also very punctual and always come earlier, sometimes even bring breakfast to me and my husband! We really enjoy the time when Susie is here to help us and I can tell that my daughter also enjoy the time with Susie because of her big smile on her face!!!!

Susie did a wonderful job with my baby, and I definitely don't trust my baby with just anyone. I read reviews first and texted with her-- all the good reviews are spot on. She communicated well before hand, showed up on time and even made delicious cookies! Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I were in Tuscon for a conference.  We brought along our 14 month old daughter.  We were fortunate enough to hire Susan to take care of our daughter.  She worked for us three days from 1pm to 10PM.  She was punctual,  cheerful and highly experienced.  Our daughter was going through a tough phase,  very clingy,  but it was nothing Susan could not handle.  She even got sick one evening and Susan took the babies clothes to her home to wash them for us overnight.   I can't say enough kind words about Susan...she is a caring and experienced caregiver. Susie has been working for me for 9 months. She is amazing. She helps me weekly with going to grocery store and meal prep. In addition she handled packing and unpacking during a recent move without any supervision from me!! I wanted to get something on here for her but I will write more later. Susie has quickly become a part of our family and we are so very grateful to have her. She even goes out of her way to help my 21-year-old son. She's an amazing human being and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone who needs help with anything at all. Susie can handle it!! 

We love Suzie! She helps out weekly for date night and an occasional day here and there. From the onset of meeting with our shy 2 year old daughter she has surpassed our expectations with her warmth, patience, knowledge of children (and their stages) and her ability to help in ways I never considered. She has helped with potty training, educational play, meals and laundry. Suzie is a veritable gem and we are so happy to have found her! And incidentally, our daughter screams with joy, jumping up and down, every time she sees her!

Susan is a delight! My children were very comfortable with her, and my husband and I were able to attend a holiday party without worry. She arrived early to get a feel for the house and the kids, and I enjoyed visiting with her before leaving. She really put me at ease, which is essential for a new sitter. We will definitely hire her again. My five-year-old son's feedback: "I like her. She's nice."

We hired Susie for occasional babysitting. We have two boys ages 2 and 5 and they looked forward to seeing her each time. The only reason we are not using her anymore is because we are about to move out of state. We will miss seeing her!

We were so sad to move away from Tucson because it meant we wouldn't be near Susie anymore.  Susie not only watched our two small children (ages newborn to 2.5 years) but also helped around the house without even being asked.  She treated us like family and I knew our children were in the most capable and loving hands.  Susie had more energy than me and my husband combined (maybe because she got to go home to a full night's sleep, ha ha). I highly recommend Susie to anyone looking for a wonderful nanny.

I would recommend Susie as a nanny, especially to anyone with small children. She has been caring for our 8 month old for about a month now and we couldn't ask for more.

Susie is reliable, interactive with our baby, and very helpful around the house. She has previous experience with infants and younger children, which is evident. With very little instruction from us, she was able to take charge and handle all of the babies needs, including bottle feeding breast milk, playing and taking walks, and putting him to sleep (which is very difficult for our very wakeful child).

Susie has also assisted with laundry and cleaning up after the baby. She has even cooked us meals and baked delicious treats, without being asked.  

I feel as though our baby is getting the care he needs when we cannot be around. Both my husband and I feel fortunate to have Susie in our home.
