About Susan

Dedicated pet care has been my focus for the past 10 years. I treat every animal in my care as if they were my own, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and consistent routine. My approach centers on reinforcing positive behaviors while maintaining a clean, secure environment. I prioritize strict adherence to dietary needs and remain vigilant for any signs of distress. In the event of an emergency, I stay calm, follow pre-discussed plans, and communicate with you immediately. Whether I am walking your dog or providing transportation for your cat or bird, I find great joy in helping shy pets come out of their shells. Punctual and responsible, I offer kindness to every companion I meet. I look forward to building a trusting relationship with you and your beloved pet, ensuring they always feel comfortable, loved, and right at home.
