About Susan

I am looking to help families when needing care or if parents just need a night out. I was employed by the CEC for 26 years and left to care for my grandson. I then worked for an outdoor Forest school for 3 years and am now back part time with my grandson. I have experience with children 6 weeks to 12 in a school setting. I have 4 children and 4 grandchildren so I know what it takes to give children a caring environment. I love the outdoors and know how important it is for children to explore outside not just inside. I am not CPR or First Aide certified at the moment. I am looking into recertification, but have been certified previously for 30 years. I am dependable and kind. Children are my passion. I'd describe my personality as kind, encouraging, and aware of children's needs. I'm looking for a job that lets me share my knowledge and experience with children. I started working with kids in 1994. One thing you should know about me is I am dependable and trustworthy.
