Susan was very attentive to my mother in laws needs. My MIL had dementia and needed someone with her at all times. Susan kept her good company, anticipating needs and responding in a way that helped avoid confusion or agitation. As my MIL was an animal lover, Susan occasionally brought her dog to visit! Susan is responsible and respectful. I recommend her fir a care giving position.
