I cannot say enough wonderful things about Susan. She was an incredible caregiver for my mother for about 2 years until unfortunately she had to go into a nursing facility. From the beginning Susan showed patience, kindness and genuine compassion qualities that made such a difference in my moms daily life. Susan took the time to really connect with my mom, speaking gently, keeping her engaged and helping her feel calm and safe. She was always dependable, professional and went above and beyond to make sure my mom was comfortable and well cared for. It was a relief to know my mom was is such good hands. We were truly grateful to have found someone so dedicated and trustworthy. I would highly recommend Susan to any family looking for a caregiver who treats their loved one with love, respect and dignity.
