For the past 10 years, I've found immense satisfaction in providing compassionate care and making a positive impact on their lives. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I prioritize earning trust when building connections with those I care for. I am skilled at de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion or agitation, and incorporating memory care activities. I keep families informed through daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred communication methods. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I have some college education and hold current CPR and First Aid certifications. I am comfortable with pets.
