I was responsible for my elderly Mother's day to day living needs for 6 years. She had a serious stroke and as a result became wheelchair bound. My children were then 2 and 4. She basically became my third child. I learned so much during that period on how to take care of children's needs, my mother's needs as well as my own! I would not have traded it for the world!
