Susan is fantastic! She did a great job taking care of my 13 month old baby. I hired her after we had a small phone call, you can tell she read your requirements and prepared for what's best for your baby! She is very reliable, professional and she also respect your rules with the baby. Plus she will send you pictures of what's the baby doing all the time. I told her she didn't need to do anything while the baby is sleeping, but she goes above and beyond. When I got home, all the dishes were done, the living room looked tidy and clean. She is just great, we will definitely hire her again!
