About Susan

I had the opportunity to know Susan, and see her work firsthand, and I can honestly say that she is an excellent person to care for children. She is loving, kind, patient, respectful, discreet, and very dedicated to her work. She is also very responsible, follows rules, and always prioritizes the children’s safety and well-being. I had the experience of seeing her care for two girls, ages 3 and 4, as well as a 6-year-old boy with autism. She interacted very naturally with each child and was patient, attentive, and caring. She has knowledge and experience in caring for children with special needs and knows how to adapt to each child’s individual needs. She also accompanied the children to their extracurricular activities and was very involved with them at home. She enjoyed playing with them and used Montessori-inspired games and activities to encourage their learning, development, creativity, and independence. She has First Aid certification and takes her responsibilities very seriously. She is also a very charismatic person who genuinely enjoys working with children, and you can see the love and dedication she puts into her work. I highly recommend her to any family looking for someone trustworthy, caring, responsible, and experienced in childcare. She would be a wonderful addition to any family.
