Caregiving has been a part of my life for more than five decades. I have most recently provided care and companionship for two elderly adults, and I have also cared for other older adults in their homes. I was previously a companion to a 91-year-old woman and developed a cherished friendship. Over the years, I have cared for both children and older adults with a wide range of needs. Previously, I spent two years caring for two boys with Duchenne muscular dystrophy . I am comfortable providing companionship, helping with daily routines, and simply being a dependable and caring presence. I truly enjoy getting to know the people I care for and helping them remain comfortable, engaged, and independent.

Suzy has worked with our family for several years starting when my twins were 4. She's INCREDIBLE with kids - very kind and caring. She takes the kids to activities and is a great driver. Today, my kids are 13 years old, but Suzy still occasionally watches them and helps out with laundry and other household tasks when I feel like I'm "drowning" :) We think of her as a member of the family!
