About Susan

Susan has been an invaluable member of our family for the past 3 years as our nanny, providing exceptional care to our 2 young children. Susan creates a nurturing and stimulating environment, while at all times, making sure our kids are, safe. Whether it was engaging in feeding/meal time, imaginative play, arts and crafts projects, reading, or exploring nature outdoors, Susan always ensured that our children were actively learning and happy. Susan went above and beyond by purchasing age appropriate toys, crafts, activity books, etc, and regularly went to the local library to supplement our bookshelves with a rotation of new and exciting books, to ensure the children were always stimulated. Susan consistently exhibited professionalism, reliability, and adaptability. We have complete trust in her, and she has ALWAYS been dependable. She is attentive, and always engaged with the kids. Further, she maintains open and effective communication with us. She regularly asked questions and initiated conversations to ensure that our wishes regarding rearing, discipline, behavior, and routines were all being executed to our liking. She kept routines, and helped our family develop healthy habits. She arrives on time to work, and is reliable with keeping children’s appointments, class schedules, and school schedules. Susan has also demonstrated flexibility in accommodating our family's changing needs and schedules. She was particularly exceptional around the birth of our 2nd child, and was a critical member in our support system during the post-partum months. I recommend Susan K. highly. We are filled with gratitude for the time we've shared with Susan and we will miss her dearly.
