I am an experienced nanny and former elementary school teacher with more than 35 years of experience working with children. I hold a Master's degree in Education and spent more than 20 years teaching at the elementary-school level before transitioning into professional nannying. I am currently seeking a part-time position with a family who would appreciate dependable, experienced support during the afternoons and early evenings. I am available Monday through Thursday from approximately 2:00-7:00 p.m. , with significantly greater flexibility on Fridays. I am CPR and First Aid certified and have extensive experience caring for children of all ages. As a mother and grandmother, I also bring a deep understanding of children's needs and development. Susan was our nanny for the past year, caring for our son from the time he was 4 months old until he was 16 months old. From the very beginning, she helped us establish a consistent daily routine and thoughtfully adapted it as he grew and his needs changed. Susan created such a fun, nurturing environment where our son could learn, explore, and thrive. She was always bringing new toys, books, crafts, and activities to keep him engaged while encouraging his development. It was clear that she genuinely cared about helping him reach each new milestone. In addition to providing exceptional care for our son, Susan was always willing to help around the house whenever time allowed, which made such a difference for our family. She is dependable, trustworthy, proactive, and someone we always felt completely comfortable having in our home. We wholeheartedly recommend Susan to any family looking for a caring, experienced, and reliable nanny. We already miss her dearly! The only reason we're saying goodbye is because I made the decision to stay home with our little guy full-time. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have Susan caring for their children.
