With over 20 years of experience as a caregiver, I'm dedicated to supporting adults and seniors, respecting their independence, and providing families with reliable care. I hold a college degree and am certified in CPR and First Aid. I'm skilled in home health, respite care, hospice services, transportation, errands, shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I assist with mobility and physical activity. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, according to their preferences. Being friendly and approachable allows me to connect with care recipients on a personal level. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
