Susan was the best nanny we could have ever asked for during the year she spent with our family. She was with our daughter from 6 to 18 months and the only reason we decided to end our relationship was due to financial changes in our family. Having Susan was like having a grandparent and early childhood educator rolled into one. She is incredibly warm and nurturing, but also spent a lot of time reading with our daughter and doing age appropriate activities, all of which have had an incredibly positive impact on her speech development, counting, etc. We are so grateful for the time we had with you, Susan, and we know any family you work with next will be very lucky to have you!
