I have 15 plus years of experience care giving in Southern Oregon. I am friendly, good-hearted, love nature and animals. I enjoy interacting, relating to those I care for on many levels. I specialize in helping seniors & people with physical, other challenges to stay active in doing things they love and enjoy, to stay connected to their community and the world around them. Other skills include: Healthy meal prep, social outings, organization, excellent writing/reading skills, pet care, stress reduction. Availability includes afternoons, evenings and overnight.
