Finding someone you can trust to care for a loved one with complex needs is never easy, but having Sue in both my and my mother's life has truly been a blessing. Sue approaches every situation with incredible patience, empathy, and professionalism. Sue's ability to connect with my mother, despite communication and memory barriers, is nothing short of remarkable. She has taken the time to understand my mother's moods and responds with respect, dignity and a calm consistency. Sue is alert to changes with my mother and communicates with me immediately. Her presence has brought comfort and stability into what can often be a confusing and difficult world for my mother. Not only is Sue dependable and attentive, she is deeply kind. Sue keeps my mother engaged, safe, and as independent as possible. Sue is a bright spot in my mother's day. It is apparent that Sue's passion is the elderly. If I could imagine having a sibling to help with the care of my mother, Sue would be it.
