About Susan

I'd describe my personality as placid, funny, and cheerful! I like caring for seniors because there is much to do and learn from a senior's mind and life experiences. I'm looking for a job that allows me to take initiative and offer my experience as a former CNA and LPN. It would be awesome for me to have flexibility in hours and days. I'm a multitasker, which would allow me to prioritize as well as manage time. A job that provides the opportunity to utilize my skills is essentially what I hope for. I started caring for seniors when I lived in New York in the mid 90's. Eager to serve and be the best version of myself led me to study and acquire a certification as a nurse's aide. I learned how integral my career was to the care of the elderly and my life's journey. In my spare time, I like to read, sew, cook, exercise, and play with my dog. One thing you should know about me is I take time and life seriously. My skills include tracheostomy, postoperative, and Alzheimer's care.
