About Susan

Hello! My name is Susan. I was born and raised in the Bay Area, now living in Gilroy. I have three young adult children, a wonderful husband and two crazy rescue pups. My work history is varied and extensive, mostly working in the legal, medical and financial fields in various companies and firms throughout the Bay Area. After isolating at home during the covid pandemic, I decided not to return to office work but I wasn't yet ready to retire. I decided to pursue my love of working with children after many years as a Girl Scout Leader, Art Vistas Docent, Classroom Volunteer, Publishing Lab Parent, Roots and Wings Facilitator, Room Parent, Sports Team Parent, Volunteer Coach, and Library Mom. So, in 2020, I started as a full time nanny for two adorable boys. (Now both in school fulltime) I am warm, patient, silly, optimistic, nurturing, kind and easygoing. I love creative play, library time, park play, board games, cooking and baking, art projects, sports and playing outside.
